RFW2025 — One Month Left For Early-Bird Pricing

Need “A Feather to Fly With”?

RFW members in good standing are eligible for scholarships that are fully funded through donations and not membership dues. Full conference scholarships are one of the types available.

If you think you might qualify and need a scholarship to attend the Annual Conference, please submit your confidential application ASAP. Board members travel in the summer too, and we need at least two weeks to approve any scholarship request, per our bylaws.

You”ll find more information at the A Feather to Fly With“–the Emily Hendrickson Scholarship page. As always, you can contact membership@regencyfictionwriters.org with questions or concerns.

See you at the conference!

Silent Auction

3 Days of Workshops, Panels & Networking

You won’t want to miss this year’s Schedule of Events. We’ve planned a mix of workshops and panels, from Pretty Gentlemen to Black Soldiers in the British Military, and even panels on Romantasy vs. Historical and many more! And our keynote speaker is Andrea Penrose, a USA Today bestselling author of Regency-era historical fiction, including the acclaimed Wrexford & Sloane mystery series, as well as Regency romances written under the nom de plumes Andrea Pickens and Cara Elliott!

As always, our gratitude goes out to:
• Our members who generously donate time, items and postage for our Silent Auction
• This year’s Conference Chair, Cecilia (Cece) Rene, and all the volunteers who put this fantastic event together
• Our Media Consultant, David Ramdeen, for making it possible for all of us to be together.

If you haven’t registered yet, we hope you will make plans to join us today!
