Silent Auction

Bidding is open on our donated items on the 32 Auctions site and will remain open until 10:00 PM EDT on August 23, 2025. You must be registered to bid. It’s free! If bidding, remember our generous donors pay for shipping, so you don’t have to.
Members interested in making a donation to this year’s auction should visit the Discussion Board post with the link to submit items.
All proceeds come back to Regency Fiction Writers in the form of Scholarships and toward making our conference affordable for all!
3 Days of Workshops, Panels & Networking
You won’t want to miss this year’s Schedule of Events. We’ve planned a mix of workshops and panels, from Pretty Gentlemen to Black Soldiers in the British Military, and even panels on Romantasy vs. Historical and many more! And our keynote speaker is Andrea Penrose, a USA Today bestselling author of Regency-era historical fiction, including the acclaimed Wrexford & Sloane mystery series, as well as Regency romances written under the nom de plumes Andrea Pickens and Cara Elliott!

Once again, a Virtual Goody Bag is part of the Conference Welcome Packet and RFW members are invited to donate FREE giveaway items from which all attendees can choose with no obligations!
If you have an item you’d like to include, please visit the News & Announcements board for the post for Goody Bag Donations.
The deadline to submit items for the Virtual Goody Bag is July 31st!
