August 18th: Final Registration Deadline for RFW2025!

If you haven’t registered for our 2025 Virtual Conference: Publishing Regency Historical Fiction in the Modern World to be held August 21st– 23rd, 2025, there’s still time!

We’ve kept the same pricing through 11:59 PM EDT, August 18th EDT. RFW Members enjoy a discount and you can save by joining and then registering and getting a year’s worth of member benefits as well!

Our Annual Silent Auction

Browse a wide selection of Regency research books, Regency fashion prints, Jane Austen items, to English china. Indie publishing services like formatting, cover design, editing, or promotion as well as beta reads from our members and critiques from multi-published, award-winning authors. All proceeds come back to Regency Fiction Writers in the form of Scholarships and toward making our conference affordable for all!

Our Annual Soirée

Join us on the main Conference Zoom Link
for an evening of networking and fellowship as we
keep eagle-eyes on those Silent Auction bids,
show off our love of the Regency and our costumes
while mixing it up with several rounds of Breakout Rooms as we visit with fellow attendees.

Got other plans next week? With presenter permission, the majority of our sessions are recorded live for registrants’ later use. Any sessions not recorded are marked as such in advance in the Schedule of Events so attendees may plan to attend in person. A few weeks after the conference, the session recordings, handouts, slides, transcripts, chat logs are made available to paid registrants for at least 90 days in the Welcome Packet.
